Not like the movies

You've just stumbled across a ratty old blog in which a girl named Kim uses to rant and ramble. It's also used for creative musings and was previously the home base for her NaNoWriMo progress updates. She's chill, she's cool, and she's talking in the third person making her even better than she's previously described. Come in, don't be shy and don't forget to leave a shout.

The one that got away

'Cause baby you're a firework in my teenage dream, and you definitely got that supa love.

{010} Decisions

The questionable, the unthinkable, the unfathomable, the unreasonable. It all factors in to a split second's worth of thinking, information processing through your brain almost as fast as time itself. The outcome of which depends on the individual and how well the information was processed. Some choose to listen others choose to ignore, the next step is to choose how to act upon it. The results are labelled as follows: A disaster, a safe one, a horrible one, a good instinct, a mistake, a miracle. It is what makes our lives move forward, creates the atmosphere around us. It is what makes us a person, shapes our personalities and moral values. Other material necessities and different people merely influence it, but do not necessarily influence your own self. It is true when they say "you are who you are" because you are who you choose to be.

Labels. They define us in our cold society, where people are given numbers and dollar signs instead of names. These labels start out young, whether it's "princess" or "ugly" they follow you all throughout your life.
